No. The risk of it blowing in your face after the 10 wasted minutes. Not everyone is an electronics guru, mistakes will happen. And mistakes on the mains side are not so friendly.

Besides, there could be multiple things burned out in a domino effect (e.g a failed MOSFET caused another part to fail and so on) which you will have a hard time tracing out if you don't know what you're doing.

IMO, it's best to get a new PSU and keep the old one for parts, like molex cables and fans.
