This may be frowned upon, but I would ditch the case and hang onto the mobo and parts until you can find a standard AT replacement (which may also have a more standard PSU in it).

VLB boards do have a unique place in history (mostly due to being quirky) and are an interesting addition to any collection. I ditched an AT case about 5 years ago when I moved and have only just inherited a half-decent replacement (no 7 segment display though 🙁 ). In the meantime I was simply using an ATX case (one I swap various systems in and out of) in conjunction with an ATX to AT adaptor for the PSU (cost me about £7 on Amazon). Motherboards are easier to store than cases and sometimes sacrifices need to be made. If you still feel bad, try to give the case away on Freecycle or whatever your local equivalent is. If no one wants it, you are justified in 'recycling' it.
