I did end up with all those case's for $20 most of them all come with power supplies, all case's are brand new, the screws are still package and still have the original packaging plastic around the cases.

Two of the case's are brand new AT case's, the rest are ATX.

I just got windows 98 installed on my year 99 build ill post pic's in a bit, it runs good other then me having to recap the board, all caps are very bad im surprised it runs, but i can benchmark anything cause it crash's with random glitches.

That is wrong. In 1998 I bought a 64MB DIMM for $90 new.

Don't think so; IIRC the choice I was having was the 64MB for $90 or a 128 for about $160.

Ok so I swapped out the 30gb drive cause I don't think that was period correct with a 19GB quantum bigfoot. I also swapped out the USB 2.0 card for a 1.1 card.

What was a good power supply being used back then cause right now im using a brand new power supply that came with my case, it should hold up... right, I do have very clean power where I live.

The 19gb Bigfoot was the last and largest model Quantum manufactured of those drives! That is really neat

So my TnT2 crashes and glitches out when running in direct3d mode in unreal tournament and 3dmark it freezes half way. Im running the latest driver and DX9, that shouldnt be a problem cause i use dx9 and the other driver on other systems. I also have two TnT cards and tried both.

This is the driver im using ForceWare Release 70 Version 71.84 no more artifacts on screen, but im stuck in windows mod and i only get 10fps, ut wont list direct3d for the card so i have to click show all renders.

Im starting to think the TnT2 is just a piece of crap, im prolly going to go with a voodoo3.

You are probably using too new nVidia drivers, and you should really consider using an older DirectX.
Try using nVidia driver version 28.32 and DirectX version 6 or 7.

I would try downgrading the driver but every time I install what I have I get an illegal error and im using dx6.1 it came with windows 98. When I run dxdiag test it closes out of the test half way through it.

I get that same error when using Win98se. I think the default version is incomplete or broken.
Installing DX7, seems to correct the error.
