Unfortunately I’ve already replaced the TIM as explained on page 1.

Finally got around to replacing the caps using a mix of Panasonic and Rubycon caps, and so far everything seems good. I ended up having to re-install though due to (what I assume was) corruption of the OS after so many crashes.
Next job is changing the SLOT A fan as 1) it's a loud thing, and 2) it's flow rate is awfully low.
