This one only measures voltage, but maybe there is one that does current?
The thing with those is they put very little load on the PSU.
The PSU is essentially idled and consequently there are only some kinds of defects those can detect.
They are better than nothing at all but they really only tell you the voltage is okay when it's unloaded.
