Tell me more about this please. Quickshot sound card? I know they made some speakers for Crative bundles but, sound card?

Before Creative was popular/known Quickshot used to sell their rebranded cards :

so they just continued doing this for various companies from speakers/joysticks to whatever

Purchased an Adaptec AMM1570 Soundmachine ... full SCSI on a soundcard. Bought it as it has a wavetable ROM on it, that I'm hoping to test with a very similar Cardinal MPC700A soundcard. Only scanned the box so far, card to come later.

Picture of the card please please please!

XFX GeForce 7800GTX 512mb. Probably the second rarest G70 based card after ASUS GeForce 7800GT Dual. Card is missing two small capacitors on the backside, but in working condition.

Sapphire Radeon X1900 Crossfire Edition (cable included). Clocked as normal X1900XTX, which was a surprise. Most reviews mentioned only 1900XT clocks for crossfire version.

Given enough capital and time I could make a fair deal of money given all the Apple stuff in there. Not to mention i'd own a warehouse when I'm done.

You'd definitely want to take a look at everything first, if the warehouse is included and most of everything worked you could
make some good money on the deal. But your money would be tied up for a very VERY long time. Of course that's without factoring risk. If you say sell on ebay you could get hit with a lot of fake SNAD case and the buyers could retune a boxes of rocks, or the warehouse could cave in and damage a lot of the goods....

I'd say its not worth it unless if you can get it down to 75k-80k or less.

EDIT:
And don't forget, you could end up flooding the market before it all sells.

I'd say get a bunch of people together and group buy. Like do a kick starter or something. Also get a lower price.

I live in Denver, and potentially have the storage space for all that apple stuff.

I dont have $800 though. Hell if I had $80 I'd sit up and watch it all night.

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Have a couple PCI to PCIe x16 adapters and a couple PCIe x1 to PCIe x16 riser cables WITH POWER on the way.

I looked up the PLX chips that are used on the PCI to PCIe and the PCIe to PCI adapters.. and the chips are a two way design. Basically you use the same chip for either conversion.

And they support 66Mhz PCI, so you could really get 266Mb/s throughput if your motherboard supports 66Mhz PCI.

A partnership would make razing the needed funds simpler. And it would be simpler selling everything as you have more people working on it. But you run into problems dividing the pot if you don't plain thing out ahead perfectly.

Got this HD3850 AGP today. Untested, but I will gamble it for just 5 euro. It looks fine, but I think I'm missing the cable for the power. Or I don't have a suitable power supply...

I haven't seen a mini AT tower in person since the 90's, I was a little bit surprised at how my memory was misleading me before it arrived... smaller then I expected, heh. 😀 Too used to seeing larger modern ATX towers I guess.

This will be used for a 486 build. It came with a 200W PSU, but I will likely be swapping it out for another one I have that is new old stock.

Looks like an 8-pin PCIe power connector. You can get adapters that convert 2x 4-pin molex plugs (avoid the single-molex ones), or most new >400w power supplies tend to provide at least one.

That Tseng card HAS memory. However you can still upgrade it with some more (I guess it has 1MB and that you can upgrade it up to 2 MB)
