Well, pull all the socketed chips, clean the pins/sockets and reseat them, first of all. On that Fahrenheit 1280, this may offer some insights. Specifically, looks like you'll want to play around with the settings of JP2 and SW3.

Have you checked to make sure it's not something simple like having the ISA bus speed set too high, or some random waitstate setting? One non-working card would be one thing, but three of 'em (and none of which look damaged)... sounds like there might be some other factor at play.

There's never any guarantees with 30 year old hardware. You should frame them nicely and sell them on ebay as vintage computer art with the stipulation that they are wall hangers only and not guaranteed to be working. You'd probably get more for them than for a loose working card.

That's actually not too uncommon in the PIII/Slot A Athlon era, and there are Socket A athlon mobos as well as socket 478 mobos with said features, although the s478 boards are pricey.

Some of them even have universal AGP slots, so they can work with any AGP card, whether at 3.3v or 1.5v (I'm not aware of any 8x agp only cards that require .8v).

I have a socket A board in my XP system, although it's only PCI and AGP. Its the deluxe A7N8X Asus board. I had to swap out my Nvidia 7800 GS which died 🙁 sad face here...now it has a cheap old 5200 FX GeForce in it. But at least I can play Klingon Academy on it.

Yup! Though I prefer to not use any of the "high end" AGP+PCI+ISA boards for just testing purposes, but AGP 4x boards work with any AGP card ever made...in theory at least.
I'm using an ASUS A7V board with a Duron for testing graphics cards because of the universal AGP slot. 😉

The most recent AGP+PCI+ISA boards made for consumers were Tualatin and SDRAM Socket A boards. There are newer boards with ISA (seen LGA775 Conroe boards with an ISA slot! 😳 ) but those are scary because of their price, and the ISA slot might have compatibility issues as it's a bridged ISA slot.

One AGP 2x slot (in the first upperslots)

(one pci / isa is an shared slot..) So i can use the total of 8 AT slots... MAX OF ATX WILL BE 7 SLOTS!
I need this because wants to use 2x voodoo 2 in SLI. Then i have enought space for other expension card. Otherwise the 2 slots above in an AT case wouldnt be used wisely.. Mostly there are mounted the serial and printer pararlel brackets. I like to mount those on the case self, so then i can use more expension cards. The motherboard support 3 slots of sd-ram and 2x 2 simm 72 pins memory. Iam going to use the sd-ram because i have enough of it.. I will put it to the max of 384 MB mem on this board.

with unofficial bios it will support of AMD K6 2+ and K6 3+ processor.
Official bios will only support harddrive till 30GB. Unofficial will support up to 128GB.. I will use it with unofficial bios ofcourse.
