Paying just $4 for shipping and got 8 PC100 SDRAM. Size was various.
2 of them was 256MB ECC version. I didn't have this type before, maybe work well my BX.

Depends if the memory is registered/buffered or not - if it is, then it won't work unless your system is designed to use it. ECC memory is also usually a little slower. It also depends on the configuration of the memory (if it is high density, then it won't work either).

Spent this evening and confirmed all works fine. 😊

Just the Voodoo card alone is worth 5x that these days! Good score.

Also, the q9300 still sells for 50-85$ on ebay. 🤣
Well, That is all nice as long as the stuff still work, but honestly all looks good. Barely a pin out of alignment on the cpus. ( they were in their own small grab box )

It's not extremely retro, but I just bought a working Core2Quad system with 6GB of DDR2 and a 650GB HD for $24 at a thrift store.

I just bought a partially-tested Atari 520 STfm for £5, plus £15 P&P. It looks like the floppy drive may be missing and it looks a little unloved, but it powers on at least (no idea if there's any graphics output) and it has its original box.

Also a very useful 4 port startech KVM switch which allows switching with USB, DVI, VGA (both at the same time for 4 dual monitor setups!), and Audio switching as well....

This weekend's thrift shop haul:

- Diamond Monster 3D PCI 4MB (Voodoo 1)
- ISA -> PCMCIA adapter
- Logitech Wingman Digital Extreme, gameport joystick
- Panther light gun (with Atari plug?)
- Full-tower version of the well-known white/blue AOpen case (pic from google)... Just barely fits under my desk! 😳
- some electr(on)ic device that looked cool but don't know what it does
- small box with photographic filters (coloured/polarized)

Games:
- EA/Maxis Sim collection (SimCity 3000, SimIsle, SimSafari, SimTower)
- Delta Force - Task Force Dagger
- Theme Park World
- Theme Park Inc.
- Settlers 5 Gold
- Need for Speed - Road Challenge
- Maxis Pinball '97 (Full Tilt?)
- Extreme Pinball
- Alone in the Dark 3
- Terminal Velocity
- Lords of the Realm 2
- X-Wing CD-ROM edition (+ Imperial Pursuit + B-Wing)
- Baldur's Gate (sealed)

All in all, this set me back €18.40... 😀

Does someone have an idea what this processor with the gold heatsink might be?
Edit: If I had to guess I would say a dx4/100

I bought absolutely nothing in May 🤣

It got a bit out of hand over Easter, so I had to stop buying things I don't really need. I don't have the time anyway currently and enough items to keep me busy for quite a while...
