I have a couple of the Qdsp chip wavetable boards, they were made for the Aureal cards. They are clearly maked on the back as such though I think.

Unfortunately, at the back of either of these two cards is nothing written at all.

Update: After googling the part numbers the first card has been identified as an "Ast Advantage Wavetable Card R1.1A". 😀
The second card is some IBM thing but no solid leads so far.

What do you mean? Dream S.A. is a common company that produced a whole series of Wavetable DSPs, Effect Processors and also had Soundfont ROMs.
It somehow belonged to Crystal which is Analog Devices now. So with the certain Chip ID, its difficult to say.

The card I have also has an Analog Devices chip on it so I was thinking it was wavetable because it is on a daughtercard.
