Hiya!

I have a SW60-XG lying around but never actually used it... does it have a good "internal MPU-401" interface ? (meaning games will recognize it no prob)
Also IIRC I have read here that the sound output is not really that good...
If anyone has tested it please report as it will save me the trouble 😊
thanks!!!!

Have two of them...

It's as compatible as any other good MPU 401 thingie

No sound quality issues either..

nice, thanks Amigaz

edit: I see on the back there are 3 stereo jacks: mic/line-in/output ... does it have an onboard mixer? is it controllable?

Yep, it has an onboard mixer which is software controlled 😀

Wish I could remember, both of my SW60XG machines are in the basement and haven't been used for a couple of years
I remember I used the install CD that came with some utils etc.

I'm going to dig up one of them shortly because I'm going to get rid of one of the SW60XG cards
