Got an old Japanese game. It looks to be a PC-98 game converted to IBM-PC DOS.

This game has what it looks to be a driver which needs to be
loaded in order to hear sound and music.

The music is just awesome!

The driver says

Irq 0,Port 388H is used.
FM LSI Waitloop Times Between REG-DATA : 14 (about 4774ns)
Stayed.
PMD Functions INT 60H is now usable.
Can STOP Music by ESC key, FF music by ALT key.

How can I look for other games that support that technology/music driver?
