CT4380 has on-board IDE, the other doesn't, no other difference for DOS games.

I don't know why but Wikipedia says that the AWE-SIMM memory upgrade is no longer available. I ordered two a year ago. See here if you want to upgrade the ram:

SIMMCONN is still available for those who want to do a memory upgrade on their AWE 64
