What's the biggest amount of Space would be needed?,
im rebuilding a old pc that was thrown out that had win95 on it once, it was still fully functional,
because im going to be installing alot of software on it like games and programs.
and it will be expanded also.

Then you'll probably need enough space for all of the games and programs you want to install. The sky's the limit.

If you're going to be using the first release of Windows 95, the partition size will be inherently limited to 2 GB, but of course you can have more than one partition. Windows 98, which has no such restriction, might be a much better idea, depending on your specific needs.

There are a couple of different versions of Windows 95, and all of them were available on CD-ROM at one point.

If your CD-ROM has a date of 1997 on it, then it is one of the later editions with FAT32 support and can be used with partitions larger than 2 GB, like Windows 98.
