I bought a weird 16-bit ISA card from eBay recently. The FCC ID Sticker on the REAR SAYS K2Y-PRO16 . After a bit of Google'ing, I thought I had a Tutrle Beach Monte Carlo,Mediavision or Reveak card, but alas my card has an ANALOG DEVICES SOUNDPORT 9404 chip and not the Crystal chip. This looks like a pretty beefy soundcard, but it's useless to me without DOS drivers...HELP.

There's a nearly identical card on eBay rightnow, but it also has the Crystal sound ship...

Honestly, I do not see much difference between your card and the HOT 233 / TB Monte Carlo. I hope it is not against ethics to refer to an ebay auction - FGB has one up for sale with a nice photo:

I think there is no radical difference between the two codecs. You will get WSS with your card, if that is the concern. Or are you disppointed because your card does not have the OPL4 header... ? (but it still has the original Yamaha OPL3 chip)

I really dont like that K2Y-Pro16 soundcard, its just very unstable. On of my terratec cards using the same soundchip.. With the drivers i found, they really worked stable and great on my terratec soundcard..
But when switch it to the K2Y-PRO16 card, the first time the sound works great, but seems there was no digital speech.. And after some minutes the whole sound was gone..
After rebooting it worked again..

~ At least it can do black and white~
