Title pretty much tells all. If someone has gotten one of these drives external USB to work with win7 I'd love to learn how you did it. I can take the drive out of its enclosure, and use a cheap chinese usb<>ide adapter, and the drive runs perfect. Even with 720k disks! But using the drive outside of its enclosure is really gnarly, and the only thing I need is a driver for their particular usb<>ata adapter.
