For a retro PC with a focus of running retro games, you don't have to install the wacky third party drivers. You can find the official driver sets around the top here.

If what you mean is that you need to download those drivers to your computer, you can download them on another computer and then burn them to a cd. It is hard to browse any part of the internet with old browsers.
