does it do it in every game? those are artifacts and usually caused by bad vram. But if it only does it in that games could just be software issue

Looks like the card is on its way out but you can somewhat fix the problem, you need to cool the card and that may help. The V1/2 can run rather toasty and adding chipset coolers with a fan nearby often does wonders.

I had almost the same problem(Topic). I even tried to replace TMUs 😀 But problem was in some resistors in that area. I replace them and my Voodoo 2 became alive again 😀
