Quick little update.
If i unplug both the Hard drives, It'll access the floppy disk like it should do. I have no idea.

both drives are seperate channels, bnoth are set master.

While it does bott from floppy, I guess i can have it try to boot cd, instead.

boot cd works, drives are visable, i just dont know why it hangs when trying to access the floppy as boot with the hds plugged in

I've officially given up. I've put it back in the garage. nothing i did would work, and it was just a pain in the ass.
