No, it is the upgradeware slot-t, it runs non-modded tualatins. Unfortunately there is no info on the adapter itself about the jumper and on the web i can't find the info.

I hope someone here has the packaging it came with (or manual). On the back of the packaging are the jumper settings, but the only picture that shows this is to small and i can not read it.

Well... I sure goofed on that one. Probably because I have never heard of this model before and thought "Upgradeware" was just a term OP was using for... well... upgrade-ware.
