It seems to have a cable tv-tuner attached, but I didn't want to rip it off as I wasn't really going to buy the thing anyway. However, I couldn't find any info on it and now it's really starting to bug me.

The daughter board GP-6401 is indeed a tv tuner.
Not even 1 minute search find a Chaintech GP-6400 card 😉
