Bios chip and keyboard controller are missing. It kind of looks like the OEM version of my Asus ISA 486 board.
I have all chips 😀 I have just to cleaning up the MB.

it is claimed this board is made by DataExpert, unable to confirm yet. However, I have found jumper settings and specs:

PLEASE let us know what the bios ID string is so we can identify it a bit better and improve the documentation on this board.
I have added the board to UH19, we are still missing a bios ID...

OP is missing the bios and KBC from his board so this is not going to happen with his board.
