I've been trying to fix up a lot of my old hardware lately and you guys have helped tremendously. This one may be a little tougher though...

Can anyone identify what type of AT full tower this is, and what type of 5 1/4" bay covers I can use on it? I've had it for at least 10 years and its been tinkered with many many times. It used to just house all of my old beige drives since it has 6 bays. I'm sure it probably had the bay covers when I got it originally but I likely did something stupid and got rid of them at some point and I do not have a single one that fits it anymore.
Also, I picked up this CT1350 card several months ago, and its in fantastic shape with all of the disks, books, and box, but the poor little fella is missing his volume knob for some reason. Has anyone ever replaced one of these? If so, what would you use? I've looked at a few different things that have pots + knobs on them but i never found anything that looked like it'd fit. Also, is it normal for the sticker on the back of the card to say CT1350A but the card itself says CT1350B Rev. 3 ?
