AFAIK, yo can use standard 5 1/4" bay covers. If you haven't got any spare ones, maybe you can try the one of the other tower to check. From my experience, in the worst case it will only fit a bit loose.

For the volume knob, maybe recycling one from a dead pocket radio? However, in your local electronic components shop you may find these tiny potentiometers that often come with its own knob, they are pretty standard, something like this:

As for the bay covers, all of mine actually fit differently. Some have longer "hooks" than others. None of mine fit this case.

Well can you rig something up thats close, then you should be able to get new ones made by any shop with a 3d printer

I recently replaced a potentiometer of the same type in a ES1688F card. The old potentiometer had broken left channel and produced crackling sound. I desoldered similar pot from and old CD-ROM drive. It worked, but unfortunately doesn't give proper volume range - I can't mute audio now, it works only from about 50% to 100% volume. So the resistance value is important if you want it to work correctly. I can't find proper pots in my country, and I don't see them on aliexpress or on other sites with international shipping.

You could try using hot glue to hold the 5.25" bay covers in place. At least with hot glue it's semi-permanent, so when you want to move a drive or remove a cover, it won't damage the plastic.

I have a few special 5.25" drive covers that are screwed into the metal cage like a hard drive. I recommend you try to track down this type of cover, as they are universal.
