I use bs_ram9x.exe.
I just eats memory and let (for Example) 512 MB free.
I use it on my 2 GB Ram PC.
Dualboot win98 and XP.
Win98 has 512 MB / XP has 2 GB.
Just load bs_ram9x in autoexec.bat or command prompt. before starting windows.

You can copy it however you like.
Now that i think of it, i remember it had already 1 memory stick in it, was that possibly a 512?
i should proberly search my bunch of memory sticks to see if i can find it stil.
