Mostly GeForce 6xxx Series and some FX Cards.
Do you have similar issues with the early Intel Chipset ?
I haven't tried my Socket 423 with older FX cards, i only have a bunch of FX 5200s, FX 5500s and my 6200 AGP

But after power on, I have see error code "30" Award. After clear cmos I see "00" and hear long beep, which sad about problem with memory subsystem. Does anybody use S423 motherboard and PC1066 memory?

Yes, officially PC800, but for example on VIA KT266A witch support PC2100 DDR Memory I can use PC3200 or even faster. Think why not I can do with i850 ?
I never tried PC1066 on the plain 850 since i only have PC800-45 RAM, i have also an Intel D850EMV2 which is Socket 478, but uses the newer Intel 850E, i don't know about if PC1066 is backwards compatible. DDR and SDRAM is backwards compatible with lower sppeds, you can run DDR400 on a DDR266 motherboard, but the DDR400 will only run at DDR266 speeds
