I have a Medion Radeon card - actually a whole P4 machine - but the video card was what triggered the buy (and the fact that is was only about 10$ and a 15 min. drive from my house).

This has RGB Scart port, S-video and Composite out - which I haven't seen on any cards before. This is attached through the connector on the top of the board - will have to pull it out and have a closer look - and upload some pictures here.
