So I've just acquired a replacement socket 7 heatsink + fan for my pentium mmx. I've checked and it should fit in place nicely over the cpu and not collide with anything on the mobo. The only problem is removing the stock passive heatsink from the mmx chip. I'm assuming its glued on somehow, but I'm unsure about the easiest/safest way to remove it. Anyone else have this problem and find a good way to take it off?
