Hey guys I have a BEK-V429S motherboard with an intel 486dx2 P24D runnng. Problem is that with the turbo switch connector hooked up it will freeze the computer when the turbo button is pressed. If you depress the turbo button the system resumes function 😵 . Also I noticed the system will not post at all if either the connector or a jumper is not placed on the TURBO SW pins...Any ideas? Thanks!

Check your BIOS. The turbo switch might be set to "Suspend", that was a setting I noticed in my Award BIOS at least.

Unfortunately the bios has no such option any other ideas?

I bet it would work if you were to jumper the CPU for write-through.

Negative, swapped out the chip and jumpers for a standard dx2 66 no luck
