4The Cyrix 6x86MX(TM) Processor Screen Saver has been designed to run best on a PC with an MMX(TM) enabled Cyrix 6x86MX(TM) processor. The Cyrix Screen Saver has been tested on systems with similar specifications to those that are found in the retail environment. However,software preloaded by system manufacturers could result in incompatibilities affecting performance or functionality.

19CYRIX SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
20IMPORTANT: This CD disc contains Cyrix 6x86MX(TM) Processor Screen Saver Software. By loading this Software, you agree to the terms of this agreement. Do not load this Software until you have carefully read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly return the package.

22LICENSE: Cyrix grants you the right to copy the Software onto a single computer. You will not use, copy, modify, sell or transfer any part of the Software except as provided in this Agreement. You may use the Software only on Cyrix processor-based computer systems.

24RESTRICTIONS: Except as specifically permitted in writing, you may not:
251. Copy the Software except as provided in this Agreement or elsewhere by Cyrix.
262. Sub-license or permit simultaneous use of the Software by more than one user.
273. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

29OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF MATERIALS: Title to the Software and all copies thereof remain with Cyrix or its suppliers. The Software is copyrighted and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You will not remove the copyright notice from the Software. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Software. Except as expressly provided herein, Cyrix does not grant any express or implied right to you under Cyrix patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information.

31LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL CYRIX OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF CYRIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH  DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

33U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS: The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS." Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or its successor. Use of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Cyrix's proprietary rights in them.

35APPLICABLE LAWS: Any claim arising under or relating to this Agreement 
36shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Texas or federal courts located in Texas, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You may not export the Software in violation of USA export laws and regulations.

511. Insert the CD disc into your CD-ROM drive.

532. Click on the START button at the bottom of the screen and select "Run" from the Start Menu.

595. After the Screen Saver is installed you may restart the machine. The Cyrix Screen Saver will automaticaly be the default Screen Saver selected in the display control panel.

78The Cyrix Screen Saver will launch if there is no activity on the desktop for 1 minute. This default 1 minute setting can be changed in the display control panel.
