Hi,
I found this Foxconn P4M8907MA-RS2H mainboard and trying various cpu. I never had intel cpu of these models and I don't really know the various differences,cores etc..
With two Pentium 4 (3,0Ghz 1MB 800 and a 3,2Ghz) I don't have problems beside power wattage, but I thought it would support newer 775 cpu. I found a Pentium Dual Core E5200 and E2140 (2,50Ghz 2MB and 1,6Ghz 1MB) also a Core 2 Quad, but both can't boot.
I see on the mainboard cpu support list that are not listed, is a chipset problem that only work with the P4?
Or maybe it's my VS650 supply cause with the P4 I already see the 12v rail on bios going low to 11,6 and 11,7 voltages..
