i used trident back then in the win3.11 era

I'd try Trident TGUI9440. Very common, and slow...

That's funny, I thought ebay cracked down on sellers that inflated the shipping costs to recoup the fees.

Not so much. Nope.

Not that much slower, though. Looks like the GGUI9680 is much slower than the 9440 in DOS.

Alliance ProMotion 6422 is another option. @OP -- here, take a look:

They just take a cut of the shipping cost as well now, so charging higher shipping nets the seller absolutely nothing as far as I am aware as a seller.

This, its 10% fee on shipping.

if you ask me it should be 10% over the cost of the label.
Charge 20$ to ship an item, and print 8$ label, only 12$ should be taxed, fail to give proof of postage and the hole 20$ should be taxed.

And thus it is cheaper to offer "free" shipping and just build the cost of shipping into the item if it is small stuff that can be shipped first class or heavy stuff that can be shipped flat rate.

That way, on stuff like this which you only get dinged 8% on the item, it ends up being cheaper for the seller in terms of eBay fees.

The discounts that you get as a seller on shipping when purchasing the shipping through eBay can be quite large as well. Around 34% is the max discount I have seen AND the seller has the option to charge the normal price, the web price or a custom amount for shipping.

Don't think this has been mentioned yet: Number Nine Imagine 128.

This has a Cirrus Logic GD5422 VGA core that behaves like its ISA equivalent. There are some with GD5424 VGA cores, but they scale to faster speeds.
