Well at first i had trouble understanding the jumper settings so i thought that was the reason i fried the first voltage reg. I resoldered a new exact one and again i tried and its pop'd it. Im thinking its my voodoo3 agp. Its rev a 1.2a

It is your Voodoo3. It pulls too much power for that board revision to handle. Your card is probably fine, but you cannot use it with the FIC VA-503+ or PA-2013...at least before Rev. 2.0.

But this is the va-503+ rev 1.2 baby at version of what u just posted which should have that issue fixed.

I think AT boards were never fixed, because they need this VRM for AT PSU.

I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.
