Originally those boards had optional custom PS/2, USB and IrDA bracket for 2 rows of pins between PCI slots (CN4). Are they pin compatible with normal brackets and if so, which pins are for USB and PS/2? I assume first pins from left to right are for USB, but not 100% sure.

I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.

According to the online manual (for a 5AGM3) the 8 pins nearest the board edge are for USB and the remaining pins are split between IR and PS/2 mouse; like this

Looks like PS/2 is not compatible with normal brackets.

Could you not re-jig the pins on a standard bracket header (assuming you're not wanting IR functions) or as an alternative, use something like the Startech USBPS2PLATE off of one of the USB headers?

I'll just use USB mouse, there's legacy support option anyway.
