Hy I build my second 486 and I have a problem with connecting wires to motherboard 486gvt2.

I dont know where to connect hdd LED (on isa controller?)

And power LED ...on mobo is only J13 pin connector with
5 pins..to which pins should I connect power LED wire (2 cables Red and Black)

And can You help with turbo LED display ...how to cinfigure jumpers 33/66

I have the same board built into a system. I'll check for you this evening. In any event the HDD LED needs to go on the HDD controller (i.e. probably your VLB board), not the motherboard, which doesn't have any HDD hardware.

Your led display follows the common approach. Read this to get an idea how these displays are configured in general and then experiment with yours:

Here's an example for a single "line", it might help you grasp the logic easier

You mean J11? Keylock and Power LED.

Pin 5 is +5V, pin 4 is GND. So the red wire goes to pin 5, the black one to 4.

No I mean J13 Keylock and Power Led - as it is in manual.

There is said pin 1 - power, 2 - spare (what does it mean?) , 3,5 ground 4 - keylock

J11 is for reset button and it works ok

I have double (red and black cable) power led plug from my case panel - should I put in pin 1 and 3. For what is spare pin 2?

It is not uncommon that the middle pin of a 3-point power led jumper is not connected, the corresponding [edit] Dupont plug could then look like this:
