I want to upgrade my PVI-486SP3 to 512 KB cache, but don't know any part numbers to search for. Does anyone have any part numbers for 32-pin skinny DIP 1Mbit (128K x 8-bit) sram chips @ 15ns?

I was quoted that and another part number elsewhere. This seems pretty common and not too expensive. Thank you. I'll be buying double what I need, and hoping they all work, so I will have spares for future projects (if they all work).
