Is there a built in temp sensor in a Pentium 3 500MHz slot 1 CPU as I have no temp settings in my Bios and im pretty sure there are no Dos programs to monitor CPU temps, but if there is a built in sensor can someone tell me a program to use either in windows 98se or a live CD for linux/unix/ubuntu etc

I read that as CPU Temperature Pierogi.

Anyways, perhaps try SpeedFan 4.51. I got a single temperature readout with it on my Intel SE440BX-2 MB, back when I still had it. Your results will depend on which motherboard you have.
