Hello
Is there such a thing as allergen free solder wire ?
As a rookie I would want to do some very small soldering(with 15-30W) and try to use a proper 3M gas mask(*below specs) but every time I start to see smoke my nose clogs(=one nostril blocked) up and it stays like that for 1-2 days in discomfort. So I never solder I'm just unable to do it... 😢

3M 7502(medium size) reusable silicon mask
3M 6059DR ABEK1 (gas filter)
3M 5935 P3 (particle filter)

Something like this https://www.petervis.com/electronics/Solder_F … r_Datasheet.pdf or as @yawetaG suggests, consider a fume hood / extractor - either buy one or make your own.

First you need to figure out what kind of flux your solder contains. Many solders will use a rosin core. If that is the case, there are plenty of rosin free solders available:

And if it uses rosin free flux, try using rosin flux based solder instead. You need to avoid the kind of flux that makes you allergic. Also, GET A FUME EXTRACTOR! 😀 I also bought one, it's all around advisable for your health, allergy or not.

Stannol 593071 Solder Wire (Sn95.5 ag3.8 cu0.7)
D=0.5mm
Flux Type= HS10
"HS10 is a solder wire flux containing rosin"

So I don't buy any flux containing solder ? Only pure Sn ?

rosin is kolophonium which is highly allergen, so just try one without that.

I got a 200mm fan with a carbon filter mounted on it, it does the trick for me.
And i synchronize my breath with the soldering, so when the fumes start to form i exhale and hold my breath, by the time that i need to inhale air again my fan with filter already removed the majority of it.

Rosin free is the way to go; that's where all the smoke and fumes come from. Doesn't bother me but if it does you, then that's what you gotta do.
