DX4 overdrive?
Nop, 0,6um 3.3V i believe.
All Intel 486DX4 Overdrive CPU's had a 16KB L1 cache.
However, where the standard 486DX4 CPU's were 3.3V, the Overdrive DX4 CPU's were designed to be fitted to older 486 motherboards that only supported 5V CPU's.
or a you could use a converter with a voltage regulator like a evergreen or a tc to use any 3V cpu for a non intel flavour 5x86 amd or cyrix
