This ES688 card is not 100% identical to your card but extremely close. Going by the diagram only the CD audio connector looks physically different. Probably the same board, populated with slightly different components and sold under different brands. Either way, the jumper blocks JP1, JP4 and JP5-JP9 seem to be in the same position and configuration so I'd wager that they should work the same.

Did you the wavetable header working perchance? I've not tried yet, but saw in those jumper settings that none of them seem to mention separate wavetable IRQs or addresses...
