I have had this motherboard for quite a while. I want to sell it but I don't actually know what it is!
It has a soldered Via C3 733MHz CPU. It has "1 Giga Pro" branding on the CPU and POST message.
Any ideas?

PC Chips with a "GFXcel"=SiS 630 chipset. Not sure exactly which one, probably M7xx
Your memory a bit short, Almoststew1990? It might also been sold under other brands like PCChips as dionb mentioned.
Do you know which core the C3 CPU got?

From wikipedia, the only 733MHz C3 was a Samuel 2 150nm.
