I've damaged my AOpen AX6B motherboard by putting bad CPU with slot-to-socket adapter. Ehh, those MOSFETS got so hot that solder came off in small balls. I wonder what else could have died and if it is worth to try to repair. Unfortunately those are (especially plus version) very rare on sale.

MOSFET FDB6030L and FDB6035AL - I've found some on ebay - but not sure if they are not fake:

Maybe someone know how to find some replacements currently available. I've searched for replacements but all the time hit models even less available...

PWM IC of that buck converter might have also shorted. Motherboard is definitely worth to repair 😀. You can easily substitute those mosfets with same or better electrical characteresitic parts. Mosfets used in that motherboard are probably obsolete and were discontinued.

those chinese mosfets will be fine, there is no volume demand to counterfeit outdated jelly bin transistors, you have maybe 1 in 100 chance of getting duds
or desolder some from another motherboard of similar vintage

But you didn't mention what package you need (D2PAK or TO220 or something).
I think it's easy to find replacement in the model range of International Rectifier (choose right package!)
FDB6035AL - IRF3707ZSPBF
FDB6030L - IRF3709ZSPBF

It's TO-263 D2PAK
Thanks - I'll check for those

Finally replaced those mofsets - bought exactly the same I've got originally - and all is working fine - stable, all features work 😀
I was not able to solder them as pretty as originally as I did not want to overheat them.
