I have Magitronic 286 motherboard which has some problems - POST stops on code 19 - memory refresh test... I wanted to diagnose it further using Landmark Diagnostic ROM. Problem is it is in 2 bins - one for ODD and one for EVEN eprom (both 27256) and this motherboard has single 27512 EPROM. Simple 'copy' to concatenate both bins won't work here. Does any of you have some diagnostic rom I can use with 27512 EPROM? If not then I would probably have to make some script to join both bins interleaving them.

it is my understanding that WinHex can do this: Tools > File tools -> Unify -> Bytewise

Found it before reading your answer (another option was a simple program in Python which I started writing, but then I found out about winhex).

Motherboard won't start the diagrom anyway (beeps out loud). But I managed to find the problem - it's odd but it won't complete POST with my trusty Trident 9000 which I always use for testing motherboards. With different (older) graphic cards (tested CGA, 8bit VGA and older 16bit CGA) it works fine.
