Asus - P5A is great for a classic pentium/mmx or MADK6 2/3+ DOS and early win95 games
ASUS CUV4X/MSI - MS6183 is good only for win 98 games. You will lose the ISA soudncard for DOS but the your p5a will cover DOS games.

Retro rig 1: Asus CUV4X, VIA c3 800, Voodoo Banshee (Diamond fusion) and SB32 ct3670.
Retro rig 2: Intel DX2 66, SB16 Ct1740 and Cirrus Logic VLB.

At the very least you have a typo:

Jetway - 663AS Pro [Socket 562] x1

Pretty sure that's an So462 board 😉

Apart from that board revision would be a nice addition - and a relevant one in the case of the P5A at least, as different revisions work best with different CPUs (<=1.04 can't cache >64MB RAM, but like K6Plus CPUs with their own L2 cache, >=1.05 can cache 512MB or RAM, but buggy/slow with K6Plus CPUs so ideal for CPUs without L2).

Another mobo repaired to add to my list ..
A Jetway 695AS
Socket 370
A nice motherboard..but one of the cooler retention lugs has gone brittle and snapped off.
has anyone managed to find a reliable way to get round this common-ish problem.
