IMHO There's no reason to hold on to DOS 5 except for nostalgia and a few hacks.
MS-DOS 6.0 pretty much comes with all the DOS 5 utilities and has the same kernal, even.
Except for that Wina20.386 file which is required for Win 3.0 Enhanced Mode, maybe.

This PC is running Win3.0 on a 386SX so you hit that requirement right on the head..

Having 8megs of ram you can quite happily use win3.1 on top of MS Dos 5 in Standard mode on a 286 without much bother.

There's a glitch in the matrix.
A founding member of the 286 appreciation society.
Apparently 32-bit is dead and nobody likes P4s.
Of course, as always, I'm open to correction...😉
