Has anyone curated a thread of modern replacement laser HOPS and any links of potential sources (if not the usual ones) for models of classic CD-ROM drives. I think such a list would be worthwhile. I've got lots of dead, and dying CD-ROM drives, I'm itching to take apart and start looking for possible salvation.
