I would like to add video memory. The memory chips are mt4067-10

I can found mt4067-12 Does anyone know where I can get -10? Any memory chip equivalent?

Looking at https://www.silicon-ark.co.uk/datasheets/mt40 … -technology.pdf then -12 is too slow

Sellers are pretty easy to find with Google, I found http://parts.io/detail/13333406/MT4067-10 which also lists similar chips

MT4067 looks to be 64kx4 chip, nothing fancy, there should be plenty other 4464-class DRAM chips available.
I'm pretty sure you need to populate all the sockets, that would but the VRAM from 256k you currently have to 512k.

IIRC, you need 256KB for this mode, so the card in question needs to have at least 512KB.

Probably, I expect D41464C-10 is the old part number for the UPD41464C-10 which is a Functional Equivalent
