I'm looking for the latest BIOS for the Aopen AX6BC slot 1 motherboard. I belive it's version 2.59.
I did find one at this site: https://soggi.org/motherboards/aopen/AX6BC.htm#bios but I can't get i to flash.
Does anyone have an image that they know works?
I flashed mine with the image contained in the attatched archive.
I used UniFlash 1.40 from DOS to do so, but I believe the included .exe is a flash tool as well.

Awesome - just seen this and will be updating my AOpen AX6BC also.
What is the fastest processor this board will take - I’m thinking of putting a PIII 1GHz 133 in it or Celeron Taulatin 1.3GHz?
The 1GHz Coppermine will run but keep in mind there is no 1/2 divider for AGP so you're going to overclock the AGP bus to ~88MHz when using the 133MHz fsb model. This will often work but sometimes it causes problems.
Tualatin cores need a Tualatin capable slocket and might need a different BIOS too but the 1.3GHz Tualeron should be faster in games than the 1GHz Coppermine despite the lower fsb.
