Awful board even if it does work. That said, they're generally reliable.

Has this board and CPU and RAM combo ever worked for you before?

If not, I'd check for CPU compatibility (rev 5 should support CuMine, but it needed BIOS update for it), RAM compatibility, and possible BIOS misflash. It's soldered but bootblock recovery might help.
If it has worked, I'd be less optimistic, maybe someything shorted out...

Thank you for reply.

Actually I bought this PC as it is without testing. So I don't know if it worded before.

Pressing power button goes on, but if unplug the power and try to power again, it wouldn't start only if unplug the power for 10 to 15 minutes.

That sounds like a fuse needing time to reset.

Can you test with a different power supply?

Checked with another power supply. Same issue.

Perhaps time to put this board on the testbench and start troubleshooting.

But perhaps you have managed to solve this issue by now? 😜

I'm ready!

If you have any idea where to start, will appreciate your help:)

What I did:

- Replaced RAM
- Replaced CPU
- Replaced power supply
- There is one fuse on the board. Working fine.

First, google "pc troubleshooting flowchart" so you will always have an idea of where to start
Tip: try to always use known good parts. And I mean don't assume a part will work, it will have to have tested 'good' fairly recently and preferably by you personally.

And please take some good pics. There might be something damaged that you missed, like bent pins on a chip or scratches or burnmarks or stuff missing etc etc.

HI! play with this mobo and find that it boot only if battery is present...
but it seem there is a problem with acpi; no issues with dos, but any other os that involve acpi cause crash on boot
with apm disabled in bios, win98 can run, probably because it not involve acpi but only apm
any suggestion please? maybe defective superio cip?
thanks for any answer!:)
