Hi everyone. I have the following problem. My Win95 PC does not power on. If I disconnect it from power, and after some time I connect it back, and press the power button 4-5 times it powers on and works until I turn it off. Then it does not do anything when I press the button. No fan spinning, no lights, nada.

What I've tried:
Different case/switch
Different PSU
Different RAM/GPU/ CMOS battery
Mobo is Abit ab-ax5, with ATX power supply.
I'm running out of options.
