Hi there,

I've been trying to attach an inline dc power switch to my Roland MT-32 because it's at the bottom of a stack of devices that's REALLY hard to get to... The Sound Canvases all have buttons on the front for example. But I'm having difficulty... The voltage gets through for certain and powers it seemingly fine, but the switch, she does nothing. Regardless of setting the power gets through always.

I'm going to assume this is really bad so I haven't had it attached for a while and I've gone back to contortions just to turn it on, which is somewhat annoying as it's number two in the MIDI chain of a fair number.

My question is am I out of luck when it comes to inline power with the MT-32? Is there a compatible inline switch out there or am I going to end up having to use a full single plug extension with a switch (UK) in order to achieve this?

Thanks for your time, guys!
