I got this card.
Unfortunately probably is broken. Never had this card earlier so will ask here.

I tested it with ASUS V2GX4 - no output screen on single mode. I set safe 33 bus.
When paired with 2D card - screen is passed, 3d blaster is recognized in w95 but after install drivers - general error is appearing.
All legs in chip are ok (no short circuits) and don't see damaged traces.

The second question. Does anyone has memory module? Obviously not for sale but for photos. I would like to see this module (any pic not found on the web)

Of course it wouldn't. That's "Voodoolike" accelerator, which can't display basic 2D. Don't even have BIOS for that.

The 3D Blaster VLB can be used as a standalone 2D/3D graphics card or as a 3D-only accelerator when paired with a 2D graphics card in the same system through a VGA pass-through cable

About bios: indeed don't see standard DIP (e)prom but didn't check serial versions (if has)
